Shipping Guide & Return Policy
Please read well before placing a shipment order for a product:
- Please provide a CORRECT address where you intend to receive the product.
- If you have provided a wrong address, please call our helpline as soon as possible to make a correction. Remember, the sooner you provide correct info, the better it will be for the delivery.

- You can call our hotline number anytime to know the progress of your shipment.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that shipments can sometimes be delayed for some totally unprecedented events (like bad weather, a strike, or an accident). So we request you to have patience after placing an order. It’s our responsibility to make sure that you get what you ordered at the soonest possible time.

We operate the sales & support from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our products are sourced from our own manufacturer & sometime various country, especially fashionable Salwar Kameez & Saree. All orders are processed through our Dhaka warehouse where we do full quality check.

Customers have 3 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. We will not grant refunds or exchanges after 3 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds or no refund may be granted
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you as to whether you’ve been granted a refund.
If your product is approved for a return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within the following business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have been approved for a refund but haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account and check with your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund credit appears.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange one item in for the same product, send us an email at gamchalungibd.com. and send your item to: Ground Floor, 54 Central Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1205, Bangladesh.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ground Floor, 54 Central Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1205, Bangladesh.
You will be responsible for any fees incurred in shipping your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be paid from this refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over 3000 BDT, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
