How long does it take to deliver the product?

The items you’ve ordered are in stock, delivery within Bangladesh typically takes 48-72 hours. However, if the items you’ve ordered are out of stock, it takes 20-30 days for us to deliver your desired products.

We use 3rd party services to ensure that your product is cared for in delivery. We offer home delivery service in Dhaka, but outside of Dhaka, we normally use Sundarban Courier Service and SA Paribahan. Can I get my product delivered directly to my home?

If you live in Dhaka & Rangpur Sadar, we can deliver directly to your home address. For purchases outside Dhaka, orders can be collected from third party courier service branch offices.

Why does it take this time?

Most of our Collections are handmade by our own handloom manufacturer. Once we get an order, we forward it to our team members to confirm your products to your hand properly.

What should I do if I am unhappy with the product when it arrives?

We take customer satisfaction very seriously and handle every concern individually. If the product is delivered to your address, then please make any complaints directly to the delivery man. Just go to our product page to see the diameter/measurement for details of the garments. Then take a measurement of the same size of yours and try it to get an idea. You can use a similar method to test sizing for all. Also most of products are free size for your resizing.
